The bicycle tour starts from the parking lot of Kőszeg Castle. Cycling through Várkör Street, Ady Endre Street, we reach Temető Street, which we continue on, following the green bike sign.

Leaving the city, we find the Panorama Boulevard on the right. Here we leave the green bike sign (which goes straight ahead) and we start climbing up the mountain. After about 6 kilometers we reach the peak. On the way we pass the ski slopes and the Szálasi bunker. 

After the peak we reach the Hungarian-Austrian border and now we follow the blue cross sign in a few kilometers. On the right hand, we find the Seven Leader Spring, which is a good opportunity to get some water. After the Blue Cross sign turns off our way we reach the former border guard building after 1 km. 

From here, after a short climb and then a not too long slope, the road starts to rise again. This is where the longest uphill part of our hike begins, from where we climb up from 330m to 725m in roughly 13 kilometers. Meanwhile, visiting the Styrian Houses is a bit of a rest. It will feel good to think that we are already done with 2/3 of the uphill part.

After the Styrian Houses our asphalt road is split into two. We keep to the right at the Y junction. We arrive at one of its forks and we continue on to the other. We will soon reach the former border guard barracks as well as the Hörman Fountain, which means reaching the peak. 

After the peak a relaxing slope awaits us. We cycle through the village of Velem and from here on the road we touch Kőszegszerdahely and Cák, then we reach Kőszegszerdahely. After riding through Rohonc and Velemi Streets, we reach Temető Street and on th way back we will arrive at the starting point.
