We start our tour from Dédestapolcsány, from the bank of the Lázbérc Reservoir. If you come here by car, you can park your car conveniently here. (Felszabadítók Road)

At the first part of our road we follow the blue cross tourist sign on asphalt road by the lake. At the end of the lake we cross a bridge. The stream flowing below the bridge supplies water to the reservoir.

Continuing on the asphalt road, cycling through the Uppony szoros, we arrive at the village of Uppony. From here, following the blue cross, we reach the Csernely Creek, and we cycle to Nekézseny in the valley of the creek.

In the first part of our journey, the blue cross sign could provide us a point of reference, but the mark quality is very poor. But luckily, we can't get lost, as we have to cycle against the downstream direction of the creek until we reach the settlement. The road crosses or passes the streambed several times.

At Nekézseny on the highway we turn left towards Dédestapolcsány, and after 4 kilometres we reach it. We finish our bike tour at the water reservoir.
